Supporting The Force Behind The Force

Instant Teams is a marketplace on a mission. As a mission-driven company, we are committed to supporting and employing military spouses - the “force behind the force.” Military spouses are often overlooked in the hiring process due to frequent moves and gaps in employment. Many military bases are in remote locations, making it even more difficult to find roles in a specific career field. At Instant Teams, our solution solves a real business problem for customers while also driving an immediate, direct impact on a community. Instant Teams has provided thousands of remote job opportunities and improved the financial well-being of military spouses and veteran families with millions of dollars of dual-earner income.

Carbon Footprint Initiative

Sourcefit established sustainability targets to position itself as an eco-friendly BPO company in 2022. To achieve our organizational goal of lowering our carbon footprint, Sourcefit started by identifying each employee's individual carbon footprint by creating our own Carbon Footprint Quiz and aggregated our annual score as a company. With a better understanding of our carbon footprint impact as a company, we set out to minimize our aggregated footprint score through purposeful activities and partnerships with like-minded organizations. These partnerships resulted in educational webinars on sustainability, tree planting and sponsorships, and sustainable food basket distribution to our partner community.

Ukraine Contact Centers

When the war at Ukraine started, there was a need in contact centers to handle citizens' requests and to help charity organizations with taking requests for help and from international partners ready to provide help. The need for contact centers grew but neither the government nor charity organizations had the resource or capabilities to establish these contact centers. Overall, we launched 5 contact center projects and processed close to 1 million of requests. It means one million times we helped someone find a place to stay, to find food, medicine, or we organized another track of humanitarian cargo.

Donations for Charity Foundations

UNO’s donation to an organization like Hospicio San Vicente de Paul not only aids in the immediate welfare of the elderly and infirm but also contributes to the preservation of a significant cultural and historical landmark. This shows a holistic approach to corporate social responsibility that goes beyond immediate needs to encompass heritage. Smiles Foundation / Fundación Sonrisas has a direct, life-changing impact on people who might not have access to essential surgical and dental care. The number of missions and people served is substantial, indicating a scale of impact that is noteworthy. Autism is often misunderstood, and families affected by it may lack resources for proper care and education. By supporting Fundación Luz y Esperanza por el Autismo, UNO is contributing to the well-being of a vulnerable population and advocating for increased awareness and understanding.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
Project Freedom

As an employer of record, Remotify takes care of everything from HR to payroll to hiring. We afford our clients full control over their teams without having to set up a local business. This means they enjoy all the benefits and security of a normal corporate setup, with the freedom of remote working. One of the key gaps in the market that the company observed was that people who work 100% from home are usually gig workers without employers on record. Typically, this means they’re paid directly by foreign clients, without social contributions and proper taxes filed. Remotify wants to change that and put dignity and stability to these remote work opportunities.
